INFORMATION

Cowboy Cocktail is a creamy cocktail, which ties a knot between coloured spirits and milk products. Traditionally, men were known to stick with strong, coloured spirits like Whiskey or Bourbon, which are bitter. Some bartenders in the west decided to blend these spirits with dairy products for assuaging the bitterness. The result of this experiment was the Cowboy Cocktail.

This cocktail preserves the intoxicating effect of whiskeyand you will get a slightly sweetish milky taste while consuming it. Originally made using Irish Cream and Butter Scotch, many international variants of this mix encourage use of fresh, unsalted milk cream. Cowboy is best served in anOld Fashioned Glass on the rocks. Whipped Cream is preferred for smooth blending with the base spirit.
