The Derby turned out to be quite a paradise for shopping lovers. The Carnival Bazaar, at the Hangar became a favourite area for the ladies in the house. The Carnival Bazaar composed of a multitude of small and colorful kiosks selling interesting items such as ashtray shaped like a squat toilet to a miniature buffalo statuette from Thailand!
The Hangar also took care of foodies. The food connoisseurs were offered cup cakes ranging from the red velvet to the blueberry cup cakes that assured unmatchable sweetness to their taste buds!
The performances on the stage added the effervescent energy to the Hangar. Artists like Sheketak-Rhythm in Motion combined live music, dance and multimedia for hypnotic performances. America’s custom couturier Adam Saaks created instant fashion statements with his clairvoyant pair of scissors danced in sync with some heavy metal rock. And if that’s not all, Katherine Mills created magic with her tricks, while the The UK Bee Gees, Lady Gaga and Britney Spears paid tribute to the respective artists.
