Now here’s a unique space where laboratory experiments have been taken to another level altogether. Similar to how things function in a lab, the chefs at Molecule Air Bar have taken it upon themselves to mix and match ingredients to come up with some surprising and delectable recipes for its guests.

In an interview, Vivek Bhargava, who owns the space stated, “Molecule is a first-of-its-kind in India to offer molecular gastronomy experience along with a German micro-brewery. We always wanted to come up with something that youngsters can relate to. We also offer an amazing experience of the finest air bar, molecular kitchen and freshly brewed beer coming straight from brewery all under one roof”.

The large space with ample seating is decorated with copper pipes on the walls, machine guns, and some magnificent filament lamps dangling from the ceiling that will surely leave you awestruck at the kind of effort put into the design.

The cuisines they serve are a mix of Mediterranean, European and Indian where they focus heavily on the presentation, which sets it apart from others. The dishes that you are about to order are tantalizing to say the least, and served in cutlery that seems to have been inspired from chemistry labs. Don’t miss their Ghee Roast Keema Matar, Mutton Galouti Tacos, Cheddar and Slow Roasted Chicken Tikka Kulcha, and the Ghee Roast Soya Keema that will make you want to come back for more and more.

From the cocktails menu, you can take a pick from the following: Virgin Apple Cider, Old Fashioned, and the Vodkatinis while there’s a special section called Nazi Grenades, from which you should either try the Spicy Treat (Vodka, Tabasco, Watermelon Syrup), or the Flavoured Nostalgic Shots (Paan Pasand, Mango Bite, Rola Cola, Kokam and Pulse).

We suggest you save some space for the delectable desserts that include The Gulab Jamun Carpaccio Cheesecake and the Rasgulla Tiramisu to end on a sweet note.
