DJ RYK has garnered a huge reputation for himself over the past few years. He?s been very popular in the Delhi scene and focuses on various genres including Bollywood remixes, UK Punjabi, Commercial House, Dutch House, and Progressive House. His started DJing as a high school hobby, which he eventually managed to turn into a dream job. He has nearly six years of experience performing and has released numerous hit albums. He can often be found playing his tunes at popular clubs around the city.
Not content at being a successful DJ, DJ NYK has also enjoyed a successful stint as a producer in his New Delhi Studio. Seemingly dubbed the ?King of Remixes? by his peers, this renowned Delhi DJ has been awarded India?s #1 Bollywood DJ twice in a row at the 2012 VH1 MyFav Awards. He is also one of the few Indian DJs to host their very own podcast, where he plays some of his own stand out mixes and trending remixes by other prominent artists. His preferred genres for experimentation include ambient, chill out, house, euro trance, drum and bass and breakbeats.
If you?ve heard of a DJ from Delhi, chances are that it?s DJ Arjun Vagale. Considered to be India?s most popular EDM DJ, he played over 100 gigs the previous year, also touring regularly in Europe and Asia. He rose to fame as part of Jalebee Cartel, one of India?s prominent EDM live acts, who have performed with international heavyweights such as Chemical Brothers, Modeselektor and The Prodigy. He eventually decided to go solo and went on to perform with famous artists such as Apparat, Fat Boy Slim, Fergie, and Paolo Mojo among others. He?s still strong with new tracks and is a constant figure in new underground EDM releases.
