Managed by the same people that run the Lower Parel nightclub The Tryst, Doppio bar and brasserie is their next offering in Breach Candy. It has a coffee shop like vibe with comfortable couches as well as dining section with a community tables. And similarly Doppio has an exhaustive bar menu with a range of coffee inspired cocktails like the Smoked Espresso and the Garam Masala Agave, Rum Cappuccino and Whisky Latte. Doppio has a soups, salads, small plates and big plates section along with a small dessert menu. Their non-vegetarian choices are excellent especially the lobster benedict and the lamb bolognaise and the bar nibbles are also delectable with options like tempura, truffle fries and poutine with beer fondue. This is definitely a place for a laid back romantic dinner with some innovative drinks.
