Due to rains the RCB vs SRH match dated Apr 25, 2017 was abandoned, and for all the fans who bought tickets to view the match at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, RCB is offering them a refund as per the ticket refund policy terms and conditions.
On Sunday (April 30, 2017) there will be 3 special counters set up at Chinnaswamy Stadium Gate no. 2, 16 & 18, where the fans can walk in with their physical tickets to get a full refund. The counters will stay open from 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM on the day.
For the fans who bought the tickets online and cannot come to personally collect the refund, RCB is requesting them to to courier their tickets to Ticket Genie (Ticket Genie Solutions Pvt. LTD, Harihara Building, 2nd Floor, #95, NR Road, Bengaluru – 560002, Phone: +91 080- 41150910) and the cost of tickets will be refunded to their account within 15 working days. 
For fans with tickets to Gionee – P2 and Kingfisher – P Corporate, there will be a special counter set up at the Ticket Genie office on April 30, 2017 where they can submit the physical ticket and collect a full refund. 

For processing the refund, the ticket needs to be in a good condition with the clearly visible franchisee logo, serial number, stand details and ticket price.

Ticket refund policy terms and conditions for reference: 

In the unlikely situation if any of the IPL matches played are cancelled without a ball being bowled, all valid tickets holders may avail a refund, subject to the following terms & conditions.

1) All customers to retain & surrender the original tickets to avail refund.

2) No refund applicable for tickets issued as complimentary.

3) Corporate Sale customers to claim refund from respective sale executives on surrender of their original tickets.
