If your idea of holidaying is with a bunch of like minded pals, pushing the limit and thrill seeking then this article will hold you in good stead for when you plan your next vaykay. Norway Husky Safari and Snowmobile ride - Snow is a beautiful thing to experience and unfortunately though we experience almost every season, snow is still elusive for us Indians in most parts of the country. Though many have vacationed in America and Europe and had their fun making a snowman or snow angel it's time to take a walk on the wild side - literally. For the bold and adventurous its time to experience snow the way it was meant to be experienced, in the Arctic. Husky safaris are becoming more popular for those who want an intense experience. The safari includes not just travelling by a sledge helmed by these amazing animals but overnight stays in basic cabins, looking after the dogs, of you could also opt for ice fishing, skiing and maybe even reindeer experiences. This is promises to be one vacation unlike any other you will have experienced.
Laos Zip Lining and Living in a Tree House -Laos is one of the most under rated travel destinations because of its average infrastructure. Not exactly the tourist hub but then sometimes that is what makes places like this attractive. Make no mistake Laos is the forgotten step child of Thailand where is it equally beautiful and its scenic and natural beauty will blow you away. For an adventurous holiday we suggest you skip the touristy route and instead stay opt for what is called ' the gibbon experience' where you stay in tree houses perched in the heart of a forest. There is a trek to get to the tree houses and then one has to zip line from one valley to another in order to get there. The forest is inaccessible by foot in most places so even to get from one tree house to another for meals one has to zip line across which can be more than just exhilarating. The purpose of the experience is to see the elusive animal ' the gibbon' so if you're lucky you might just! This experience gives roughing it out a whole new meaning.
Vietnam's CuChi Tunnels and Gun Firings - Every little boy's fantasy is to play cops and robbers or re enact wars and shoot of pretend guns. What if you could actually experience a time where a country was torn apart by war and really understand what guerrilla warfare is all about. Vietnam is a beautiful country rich in tradition and culture and over the years has become an extremely popular tourist destination. However if you'd like to live a little we suggest opting for a tour that will take you through the famous CuChi tunnels. These tunnels were built in the '70s during the war and were the perfect hiding spot underground from US soldiers during combat. After crawling through the maze of tunnels and getting a glimpse of how the Vietnamese survived the war (as much as they could) you can get to the shooting range where for a fee you get a chance at shooting up some AK 47's and a range of other weapons used during the war. What's illegal in most places has become easily accessible on this tour and for the really adventurous we suggest you try your hand at the tunnels.
