I thought I knew everything about them until I came across liquid desserts. And, oh boy! They are even better.
So, here are a couple of liquid dessert recipes that you will not be able to resist. I guarantee you.
1. Baileys Peanut Butter Cuppa Coffee
Well, what if we combine coffee and desserts? My God, won’t that be just the best? Sipping on some classic coffee with a punch of Baileys. So, if you like what you’re reading then here is the recipe.
50 ml Baileys Irish Cream
1 Cup Coffee
1 Cup Milk
8 Chocolate Pieces
2 Spoonful Peanut Butter
Cut chocolate pieces into smaller ones. Heat the milk to an optimal temperature.
Pour coffee into the blender along with Baileys Irish Cream. Add the chocolate pieces, 2 spoons of peanut butter, milk and blend for 3-5 minutes.
Pour it in your favourite glass and garnish it with cream and chocolate shavings.
2. Baileys Eton Mess

Freshness of fruits + the richness of meringue + dash of Baileys = BEST THING EVER!!
75ml Baileys Irish Cream
50g White Chocolate
300ml Double Cream
Preheat the oven to 150° Celsius. Line a baking sheet with parchment and then pour the prepared meringue onto it. Bake it for 1 hour, leave it to cool down.
Use Baileys Irish Cream to whip the double cream until soft peaks appear. Break up the layer of meringue.
Add pistachios, raspberries and Baileys cream to the meringue. Take the white chocolate and grate it. Garnish with rose petals.
3. Baileys Vanilla Hot Chocolate
There is nothing that a hot chocolate can’t fix. Happy? Hot chocolate. Sad? Hot chocolate. Feeling like chilling at home while watching your favourite movie? Well, hot chocolate. Imagine how good it would be with a hint of vanilla.
100ml Baileys Irish Cream
400ml Whole Milk
120g Chopped White Chocolate
Half Tablespoon Vanilla Bean Paste or Extract
Whip the cream. In a saucepan, heat the milk along with vanilla extracts until hot.
Add in chopped white chocolate and keep mixing it till the chocolate pieces melts.
Add Baileys Irish Cream and stir.
Pour in a cup, top it with whipped cream and cookies and scoop away.
