The recently concluded fashion extravaganza, Lakmé Fashion Week winter/festive 2017, as usual brought in a lot of drama, glamour, fashion trends and, of course, a bevy of Bollywood celebrities to stage. And while some were mere disappointment, some just lit up the stage with their effervescence, impeccable style and effortlessly made heads turn.
Here are some of the stunners who slayed at LFW 2017…
The Victoria & Abdul actor brought the iconic Johnnie Walker’s Striding Man to life through an edgy and inspirational Asa Kazingmei creation at the Johnnie Walker The Journey show on day four of Lakmé Fashion Week. The hat, the detailed leather jacket, the structured bottoms and the stylish cane not only reflected the Striding Man, but also made Ali stand out from the crowd. Needless to say, we simply loved the way he conquered the runway with his swag.
Aditya Roy Kapoor
Aditya Roy Kapoor made all the women folk present at the show go weak in their knees with his classic black suit, which had a shimmery collar to give an edge. The boy looked dapper as hell.
The A Gentleman actress looked gorgeous in a floral thigh high slit Manish Malhotra gown and brought oomph and elegance to the ramp. We loved her outfit and confidence.
The Befikre actress may have failed to make her mark in Bollywood yet, but Vaani Kapoor certainly knows how to rule the ramp. This year, Vaani walked the runway for SVA and stole the show in a beautiful red lehenga. We are totally digging her desi yet ethereal looks.
It is always said that one can never go wrong with the six yards and looking at Richa Chadha’s elegance at the Lakmé Fashion Week 2017, we couldn’t agree more. The Gangs Of Wasseypur girl chose a lovely white sari for her outing at LFW this year and made heads turn with her simplicity. She was a sight to behold.
Dia Mirza is the queen of the fashion game and seldom goes wrong with her fashion choices. LFW 2017 was no different. Dia picked a beautiful embellished Manish Malhotra dress and looked dropped dead gorgeous at the fashion event. Her wavy hair and metallic ankle-strap sandals further complimented her look.
Actress Shriya Sharan made a glittering appearance at the Manish Malhotra grande finale show. Shriya amped up her fashion game in a gold beaded gown by Manish Malhotra and effortlessly slayed at the fashion event.
Neha Dhupia was a winner hands down in this salmon pink satin tassel-embellished blazer and a striped maxi by Hemant and Nandita at the grand finale. She rounded off the look with a pair of cream boots, her smoky black eyes further enhanced her ensemble. Ms. Dhupia, indeed looked lovely.
The Baaghi 2 gal have been quite a sensation at Lakmé Fashion Week in the recent past and this year too she made jaws drop by opting for a sparkly Ombré sequin Manish Malhotra dress. She finished her look with a black embroidered clutch, silver sandals, long earrings and looked smoking hot!
Diana Penty, who is gearing up for her upcoming release – Lucknow Central, made an impressive appearance at LFW wearing a silk shirt and a fringe tiered skirt. Diana looked great in her simple yet chic outfit.
Karisma Kapoor is always a winner when it comes to nailing the right look and she did it again at the Lakmé Fashion Week this year with an embellished Manish Malhotra mini. She looked gorgeous as usual.
She might yet have to prove her acting skills but Nargis Fakhri is a stunner when it comes to ramp walks. This year at LFW, Nargis looked regal as she sashayed down the ramp in a gorgeous yellow Anushree Reddy lehenga. Nargis slayed and how!
The Baadhshao actor was a surprise as he brought the vibe of Johnnie Walker’s Striding Man to the ramp with his edgy warrior look created by Manipuri designer Asa Kazingmei for the Johnnie Walker The Journey show.
Another desi outing that we fell in love with at LFW was the one sported by Sonali Kulkarni. Sonali chose a Anavila sari and effortlessly slayed with her elegance. Love! Love! Love!
The actor who was recently seen in Munna Michael made quite an impression with his semi-casual avatar at the grand finale at Lakmé Fashion Week. Tiger looked dapper in a black blazer and denims.
Shabana Azmi ditched her usual traditional sari and instead opted for chic top and trousers to make an impression at the LFW grand finale. She looked elegant as always.

Sushant Singh Rajput is known for his unconventional film choices and the Kedarnath actor brought his unusual taste to the ramp as well. SSR ditched the conventional black suit and rather opted for a double-breasted mustard suit, which he paired with a casual tee and ethnic-y tasselled loafers to make stylish impact at the Lakmé fashion week. Sushant looked stylish and suave.
Esha Gupta, who recently broke the internet with her stunning photoshoot images, ruled the ramp with her desi avatar as she walked for Amit Aggarwal. Esha not only looked hot in the gold-blue lehenga but was also definitely a hit on the ramp.
The Bareilly Ki Barfi actress, Kriti Sanon, raised the mercury levels with her hotness in an Arpita Mehta lehenga at Lakmé Fashion Week.
The stylish filmmaker who is known for his sartorial sense chose an interesting Manish Malhotra blazer for the designers closing show. Don’t miss his sparkly shoes that certainly helped Karan Johar to shine at LFW this year.
