What’s part popsicle, part cocktail and currently our #1 obsession? 
You guessed it right – the poptail!

Turning your favourite cocktail into a dessert is as easy as 1-2-3. All you need to do is mix, freeze and pop! 
Your house parties would never be the same.
Treat your guests to some popsicles, because we can’t think of anything more party-worthy than that.
Here are some of our favorite recipes to help you make your own party-ready poptails!
Go on and make space in your freezer.
Because, trust us, once you start making them, you won’t stop!

Blueberry Julep Popsicles
Blueberry, mint, and whisky make for the perfect popsicle. 

Ingredients:

1/2 cup superfine sugar

4 sprigs of mint

2 cups blueberries

6 tablespoons Johnnie Walker Black Label Scotch Whisky

Method:

Boil sugar, mint and 1 cup of water and allow to infuse for 30 minutes. 
Blend the blueberries and Johnnie Walker Black Label and pour over the syrup. Blitz until smooth. 
Pour into 6 popsicle moulds and place in the freezer for 2 hours, then insert the popsicle sticks
Freeze overnight and serve!

Dirty Pirate Popsicle
If you have a bottle of Captain Morgan lying around, this is exactly what you should do with it!
Ingredients
2 ½ cups Coke
1/3 cup Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
1/3 cup coffee extract
Method
Pour all the ingredients into a large glass and stir to combine. Pour mixture into the popsicle moulds.
 Freeze for about 2 hours until you insert the popsicle sticks and then, freeze overnight.

Piña Colada Cremsicle
Take yourself on a mini vacation with these tropical treats. All that's missing is the tiny umbrella!
Ingredients:
2 cups pineapple chunks, fresh or canned
1 cup coconut milk
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup honey
1/2 tsp Captain Morgan Dark Rum
Method:
Blend all the ingredients until very smooth and runny.
Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds.
Freeze until solid (about 2 hours).
Insert the sticks, freeze again and enjoy!

Butterscotch Latte Popsicle
Slurp on a latte with a twist!
Ingredients: 
2 cups. strong coffee, room temperature
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve Whisky
½ cup butterscotch syrup
Method:
Add all ingredients into a blender and mix to combine. 
Pour mixture into popsicles moulds.
Freeze for about 2 hours or until mixture starts to solidify enough to hold a popsicle stick upright. Insert popsicle sticks and finish freezing popsicles overnight. 

Vodka Gummy Bear Pops
This recipe combines vodka and your favourite gummy bear candy. Adulting done the right way, eh?
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka
1 1/4 cup gummy bears
3 cups clear soda 
Method: 
Soak your gummy bears in Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka for 24 to 72 hours. The longer the gummy bears soak, the more vodka they absorb while also growing in size!
Once they're completely saturated, stir to separate them. Then strain one-third of them out of the vodka and place in the bottom of your popsicle moulds.
Fill the moulds with the clear soda until just covered, about one-third full and place in the freezer for 60-90 minutes.
Once the first layer is frozen, add the popsicle sticks and add a second layer of strained gummy bears and soda. Freeze again and repeat a third time. The total layering/freezing process should take around 4 hours.
