• 60 ml of Clynelish 14-year-old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
• 15ml Cherry Liquor
• 2 Orange Wedges
• 3 Bar Spoons Vanilla & Chili Sugar
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the vanilla & chili sugar with citrus wedges over crushed ice and stir. Add the Cherry Liquor and Single Malt; shake well. Strain and pour into a glass topped with crushed ice and garnish with seasonal berries and a mint spring.
