INGREDIENTS
  • 1 ¼ cups of pale ale
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoon whiskey
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
INSTRUCTIONS

Heat ale with cocoa powder until it start boiling in a double boiler. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar and then gradually whisk into the hot ale. Serve Scottish Nightcap Scotch and Whisky Cocktail chill.
