Out of the Glen

INGREDIENTS
  • 30 ml scotch whisky
  • Juice of half lemon
  • 2 dashes sugar syrup
  • 4 dashes raspberry syrup
  • ½ egg white
  • Ice
  • Soda water to taste
INSTRUCTIONS

Shake the first five ingredients together over ice until well frosted. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice and top up with soda water to taste. Serve Out of the Glen Scotch and Whisky Cocktail chill.
