- 1 1/2 ml Drambuie
- 1/4 teaspoon finely grated zest of lime
- 1 teaspoon icing sugar
- Few drops lime juice
- Soda water
Rub the rim of a large glass with Drambuie. Mix the lime zest and sugar and dip the glass rim in this. Stir all the ingredients, including the remaining sugar and zest, together in the glass. Top up with soda water. Serve Lime Swizzle Scotch and Whisky Cocktail chill.
