Aberdeen Angus is a classic Scotch Cocktail made by blending well-aged Scotch, Drambuie, Honey and Lime Juice. This cocktail is served alighted in a coffee mug. Some bartenders also serve this drink in an Old Fashioned Glass. The flavour of this amazing drink is entirely dependent on the type of Scotch used. Drambuie and Honey add herbal undertones and give the mix a sweet aftertaste.

He refers to this cocktail as a refreshing drink that restores energy after strenuous hours of work. This drink was a favourite of the Scots and was consumed after a Snow Grouse hunt in the Highlands.
Stir all but the Drambuie into a coffee mug. Warm the Drambuie, ignite it and pour the burning liqueur into a coffee mug. Stir rapidly and drink. Serve Aberdeen Angus Scotch and Whisky Cocktail chill.
