Cocktail on a keto diet? Some say not possible, we say, why not!
You may be watching your carbs and sugar on a keto diet but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a good drink (when made right) occasionally. Unflavoured liquors like vodka, rum, Scotch and gin are carb and sugar-free. Which means, you can mix them up with keto-friendly ingredients and have a cocktail while sticking to your diet. Because why should the non-dieters have all the fun, right! 
So, gather up your keto buddies and sip on these low-carb cocktails without cheating on your diet.

Keto Cosmo
One look at the birght-coloured Cosmo and it seems like a sugar rush. But not anymore. Try this Keto Cosmo that is delicious and sugar-free. 
45ml Smirnoff No.1 Vodka
2tsp Unsweetened Cranberry Juice
2tbsp of Water
3 drop of Orange Extract
1 Drop Of Liquid Stevia
1tbsp of Fresh Lime Juice
Orange Twist for garnish

Add all the ingredients in a shaker half-full of ice and shake well.
Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with an orange twist.

Keto Sour
If you like a classic whisky sour, try this sugar-free version that is just as delightful even without the sugar.
45 ml Johnnie Walker Black Label whisky 
45 ml Lemon Juice 
1 sachet Stevia for taste 
1 orange wedge and cherry, for garnish 
Ice cubes
Put the ingredients in a cocktail shaker half-full of ice. Shake well. Strain into a glass and garnish with an orange wedge and cherry.

Keto Fizz 
A traditional fizzy cocktail is usually loaded with sugar, but not this one. The Keto Fizz is not only sugar-free but also has a little protein in it. 
60ml Tanqueray No.10 Gin
15ml Lime Juice
1tsp Sugar-Free Sweetener 
White from 1 Egg
120ml Soda
Combine the Tanqueray gin, egg white, sweetener and lime juice in a shaker and pour into a chilled glass.
Add soda in the glass till the foam reaches the top. 


Keto Collins
Are you a gin connoisseur turned keto-friendly these days? Well, you can still drink your favourite gin highball when you try this Keto Collins. 
45ml Tanqueray Gin
2tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Sachet Stevia
235ml Soda
Lemon Wedge for garnish
Add Tanqueray gin, lemon juice and Stevia in a glass of ice.
Top if off with soda and garnish with lemon wedge.
