Bring in the festive season with this refreshing tasting cocktail. Ideal for celebrating the festivities with friends and family, this light cocktail combines fresh berries and a zingy citrus burst with the gentle, yet rich flavours of the Singleton of Glen Ord.
Ingredients
• 45ml Singleton of Glen Ord
• 20ml Mulberry Shrub
• 20ml Fresh Lime Juice
• 1 Egg White
Method – Shake all ingredients together and strain into a coupe glass

• 15ml Fresh Lime Juice

Apricot & Raising Syrup: Simmer 2 cups of apricot, 2 cups of raisin (soaked overnight in water and sugar) over gentle heat in a thick sauce pan.
Method – Shake all ingredients together and strain into an old-fashioned glass
