Yeah, Ayushmann may have made a mark for himself today in the entertainment industry but the versatile actor-singer, who is gearing up for his next release Meri Pyaari Bindu has actually performed in trains and even made some money out of it.
Ayushmann, who is equally passionate about music, truly had an interesting journey. The actor recently shared this sweet anecdote at a press conference when asked about his college days.
“During my college days, there was a train named ‘Pashchim Express’ that used to go from Delhi to Mumbai. So, I along with my friends, used to get onto the train and we used to go to every coach to sing and perform,” said Ayushmann, who basically wanted a platform to show his talent. Interestingly, his passion for singing also helped him make some money and sponsor his trip to Goa. “Passengers used to give us money which we used to collect. We used to earn so much that we managed to sponsor our Goa trip from it! I have sung in trains like this many times. So yes, you can say I am a train singer.”
