4 Ways To Drink Black & White During Winters
 
1. Black & White Eggnog
Ingredients -
45 ml Black & White 12 YO
20 ml Strawberry puree
25 ml milk
25 ml cream
Egg (lightly whipped)
 
Method -
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake hard with ice. Strain into a wine glass. Garnish  with a strawberry and serve. 
 
Glassware: Wine glass

2. Black & White Old Fashioned
Ingredients-
45 ml Black & White
10 ml Jaggery syrup infused with star anise & lemon grass
2 dashes of aromatic bitters
 
Method -
Stir all ingredients over ice in an old fashioned glass. Garnish with star anise and a lemon grass stick and serve. 
 
Glassware: Old fashioned
 
3. Black & White Coffee
Ingredients – 
45 ml Black & White
20 ml Maple syrup
40 ml Espresso
 
Method -
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with coffee beans and serve. 
 
Glassware: Martini glass
 
4. Black & White Hot Toddy
Ingredients -
500 ml Black & White
3 tea bags Jasmine tea leaves
500 ml Apple juice
3 tsp Honey
2 to 3 each Lemon & Orange peels
2 nos Bay leaves
3 to 4 each Cloves, star anise, cinnamon
 
Method -
Brew together over a slow flame for about 20 minutes. Serve warm in tea cups.
Garnish with an orange or lemon peel.
