Ingredients:

  • Passion Fruit (1 whole)
  • Tea Reduction (50 ml)
  • J/W Black Label (60 ml)
  • Lime Juice (20 ml)
  • Chili & Passion Syrup (10 ml)

Method:

  • Strain & pour
  • Put all the ingredients in jug, pour cube ice & swizzel well
  • Serve chilled

Glass:

Old fashioned

Garnish:

Fresh mint leaves & lime
