Must Do's In Copenhagen, Denmark
‘I love Copenhagen for its amazingly friendly culture, and for how it’s a big city without the “too big city” feeling. In Copenhagen, there’s room for everyone, and it’s okay to be who you are. It’s also one of the best cycling cities in the world: the bikes are above the cars in the traffic hierarchy! It has a mix of people from all over the world, and a great gastronomic and bar culture.’
Must do: During the day, hang out at Islands Brygge – in the summer, you can swim in the harbour! For the last place of the night, head to Curfew, which has a massive cocktail list and a big collection of vintage barware and spirits.
Must eat and drink: Make dinner a four or five-hour snack tour of Papirøen, which has around 40 types of street food and drink outlets, and drink at Atze Peng, where owner Anže Pihler uses only the freshest and best ingredients for his cocktails, and even makes his own crystal ice.
