Sugar syrup – 15ml
Jagermaister – 10ml
Tanqueray nr 10 - 50ml
White of one egg
Ginger ale – to up
Muddle the celery and dry shake and then shake all ingredients. Fine strain into chilled highball glass. Top up with ginger ale. Garnish with Angostura bitters drops.
