Lemon juice – 10ml
Honey and spice syrup – 15ml (mixture of honey and aromatic spices)
Tomato Chutney – half spoon
Spicy bitters – neutral spirit infused with aromatic spices macerated for 20 days
Shake all ingredients, fine strain over ice, garnish with lemon zest on a stick.
