SRK’s Arabian ‘knights’

We’ve all heard the ‘When in Rome…’ adage at some point and summarily forgotten it, but Abhishek Bachchan seems to remember the phrase. When the cast of his latest film — Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Happy New Year — attended a press conference in Dubai to announce their association with the local Film and TV Commission (DFTC), AB Jr. insisted they dress traditionally for the event. Looking sheikh chic in dishdashas, Boman Irani and Vivaan Shah joined Abhishek in white, while SRK walked in wearing black to complement Deepika Padukone and Farah Khan’s abaya-inspired outfits. The only actual local who accompanied them on the dais was DFTC chairman Jamal Al Sharif and, as you can see for yourself, our boys from Bollywood looked as authentically Arab as he does!
