Find Out Why Shahid Kapoor’s Neighbours Are Pis*ed Off…

Shahid Kapoor bought a plush sea-facing pad on Juhu Tara Road, in Mumbai, over six months ago. Ever since, his neighbours at ‘Praneta’ have had to put up with the incessant racket that has resulted from a many-month-long renovation. First it was banging, then drilling and then days of rubble trucks coming and going, being piled high with construction waste.

Through it all, not one neighbour (actress Vidya Balan and her producer husband Siddharth Roy Kapur included) showed anything but consideration for the ‘Kaminey’ star — but now the complaints have begun. Perhaps we’ve heard the grievances even before Shahid has and, if so, the talented actor should take note. After laying out pre-grown grass for his lawn and installing CCTV cameras, his workers have shifted their attention to the boundary wall between Shahid’s home and the beach. Now, every time these labours feel the urge to answer nature’s call, they walk down the steps to Juhu Beach to relieve themselves against the building’s sea-facing wall. “It’s not just tacky, it is making the whole place stink!” one resident tells us. Well, if ever there was a more accurate adage, we must say Shahid’s neighbours are justified in raising a stink about this!
