Billy Bob Thornton has a serious shoe fetish!

We’ve heard of several women with a serious shoe fetish, but this is unusual. Hollywood star Billy Bob Thornton — also known as ex-hubby to A-lister Angelina Jolie — has confessed to a weakness for boots. There was a time, he recalls, when the first thing he’d do after wrapping up on a film or TV show would be to treat himself to a pair of boots. Discussing a pair of snake-adorned cowboy boots in a recent interview, Billy Bob recalls: "I got these in New Mexico a long time ago. I don’t anymore, but it used to be when I finished a movie or something, I would always treat myself to a pair of boots. That was always my thing."

Not surprisingly, the very next thing we want to know is how many pairs the Emmy-winning actor actually owns. "1.2 million," Thornton says at first, but before every fashionista in the world starts gasping, he responds, "No, 50." That’s still a sizable number by any standard and the 'Fargo' star knows it. It explains why Billy Bob has finally axed the ritual. Considering boots take up even more storage space than a regular pair of shoes, we're guessing his collection must take up more than a few closets of display space!
