The mood was set when King XI Punjab won their first match in this season of IPL. Beating the other team at their home ground at that! Their glory shone at the Signature After Party which was kicked off b y two fashion shows and a performance by the KXIP cheerleaders. Here’s the scoop!

The first fashion show was by Swapnil Shinde. He showcased his ‘Alice on Acid’ collection where he gives Alice in Wonderland a new style statement. Using a neon colour pallette, he experimented with various different shapes and structures on the dresses. Every creation unique and brought a breath of fresh air with it!

Where Swapnil kept it bright, Rina Dhaka presented a subtle mix of black, red, gold and beige. Beautiful flowing gowns and dresses with careful laces and embroidery made for an exuberant collection. Speaking to Live in Style she explained the theme, ‘It’s very 90s. It was a decade of comfortable and stylish clothing and I’ve recreated it. It’s an ‘easy to wear’ line.” Talking about Fashion at IPL, she says energy that inspires sports, is what binds the two together.

The first party of the season was a grandeur and we can only expect better things to come in the following days!
