I could feel this love transude into my soul as I savor the Wazwan at the Latest Recipe, Le Meridien Gurgaon. Traditionally, a Wazwan is a royal multi-course meal in the Kashmiri cuisine – a sublime banquet, prepared meticulously by the Waza (cook), treated with reverence and regarded as the pride of the Kashmiri culture and identity.
Waza Rashid brings to the hotel the authentic Wazwan for the hedonists, the connoisseurs of fine taste.

As I walked through the classy, swank yet unassuming interiors of the Latest Recipe, the aromatic sensuality of the exotic spices permeated the air – who’s ever known Kashmiri cuisine sans spices?! The Cuisine boasts of an erotic amalgam of such lush spices – a union of which makes the cuisine sans pareil in the whole of India.

A perfect spread of dishes ranging from Rogan Josh, Murgh Yakhni, Haakh, Rista Goshtaba, Mattar Shorba, NadrukinTikki to hidden gems such as Doodh Dal and more are all set to transport you to the delicate authentic flavors of Kashmir. Tossed with secret ingredients, these delicacies are being carefully cooked in the kitchens of Le Meridien Gurgaon by Waza Rashid who has flown in especially from Srinagar.
