Pirates of Grill has established itself as a premium yet value for money kebab and grill joint. The soft seekh kebabs, chicken drumsticks and grilled prawns are melt-in-your-mouth delicious and definitely the place?s biggest draw. The problem with serving such delicious kebabs is that the equally delectable main course dishes are unfortunately not shown enough love, especially dishes like the classic Mutton Rogan Gosh and Chicken Lababdar. If you have any space left after the main course, try some of their famous kulfi for dessert. Alcohol lovers take note: the bar menu is adequate and has all the popular Indian made liquors as well as some imported beers.

SodaBottleOpenerWala is probably as popular as its name is annoying to pronounce. The place has quite the unique ambiance highlighted by the model train that runs around the restaurant on an elevated track. The cuisine on offer is a nice mix of signature Irani and Parsi dishes, including some mouth-watering Mutton Berry Pulao and Bohra style Keema Pav. Definitely suggest this place to any friends from Mumbai that miss home as the ambiance is a huge throwback to the traditional Bombaiya theme. The bar menu features all the regular beer and liquor options; try a peg of Black Dog Whisky on the rocks for a nice relaxing sojourn with friends.

Flip Bistro @ Golf Course Road

Flip Bistro USP is its cosy and cheerful atmosphere that tends to attract weary souls looking for some much-need respite. In terms of cuisine, Flip Bistro specializes in traditional Napolitan-style pizzas that are characterised by their thin crusts and rich sauce. Of course, their pastas are also quite the hit; be very partial to the Farm-fresh Tomato and Basil Bruschetta. While they are light on the beer and liquor menu, they make up in spades with their extensive list of wines featuring some exclusive brands that are obviously catered to a very niche crowd of wine aficionados. Come for the pizza and the pastas, stay for the stellar mood and up-beat ambiance.
