We all love the signature move when the staff jump up on the bar and bust a move to YMCA and make you dance along with them. With 185 outlets in 57 countries, India first welcomed Hard Rock Cafe to Mumbai back in 2006. Located in the old Bombay Dyeing Mills Compound in Worli, the space has high ceilings and a rustic feel. The high ceiling works perfectly to accommodate the large stage required to host some of the nation’sbest bands as well as some big names in the international circuits.
Hard Rock Café is known for its rock ‘n’ roll memorabilia splattered on all the walls. It is like a museum here with a display of signed guitars, clothing and signed records from legends like Eric Clapton, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones and Madonna to name a few. You can also own some exclusive merchandise from the Rock Shop. They have some funky pins, t-shirts, jackets and even bobble heads of some of your favourite artists.
Rock ‘n’ Roll Legends
This all American bar has an all American menu. Try the Hard Rock Nachos as a starter and definitely order yourself one of the many legendary burgers available. The Chocolate Molten Cake also makes it to the must try list. With a beer on the side it makes for a complete dinner. They also have a wide range of delicious signature cocktails that are adapted to fit every season. To complete not just the dinner but the entire night, the music at HRC does the trick. They also offer a buffet lunch so gather a group of colleagues and head to Hard Rock Café for lunch.
The entry of Hard Rock Café in Mumbai is quite a significant one as it put India on the rock ‘n’ roll radar and was a stage for a lot of upcoming Indian artists. Rock on!
