4 Mocktails You Must Try In 2017
Watermelons are everyone's favorite. Make the most of it with this delicious Watermelon Limeade. Easy to make and low in sugar content, it's perfect to quench your thirst. Serve it in Mason Jars like the picture above and add fancy straws to glam up your drink at home.
2 cups Watermelons
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
¼ cup Mint Leaves
¼ cup Lemon Rings
1 tsp grated ginger
½ tsp salt
1 cup sparkling water/cold water
Blend the watermelons in a blender until it's pureed. Now you can strain the mixture through a fine strainer. You can skip the process if you prefer a little pulp in your drink. In a mason jar, add some lime juice, grated ginger, salt, and some muddled mint leaves. Pour in the watermelon juice and top it with some sparkling water if you like some fizz in your drink or cold water would be just fine, too. Top it with some more mint leaves and lemon rings as per your preference. A cute straw will just add more glamour to your drink.

It's perfect for your kitty parties, Sunday brunches, birthday parties and what not. Use frozen melons to enhance the look and throw in some lemon slices for that extra zing.
1/4 cup grape juice
2 cups clear lemon flavoured soda (You can use Sprite)
1 cup lemonade (Homemade)
1 small ripe watermelon
1 small ripe cantaloupe
1 small ripe honeydew melon
Fresh mint leaves
2 limes, sliced, plus more for garnish if desired
In a pitcher, stir together grape juice, soda and lemonade. Place in the fridge to chill. Use a melon baller to scoop out the flesh of the watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew melon. Place melon balls on a cookie sheet lined with foil. Freeze. Once frozen, add a few cups of melon balls to pitcher along with fresh mint leaves and slices of lime. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to blend. Serve cold using additional frozen melon balls as ice cubes. Garnish glasses with lime slice and mint leaf.

Fresh Pineapple & Passion Fruit Mojito
Pineapple screams summer, but can be used any time of the year. They are juicy, tangy, enriched with Vitamin C and have a distinct flavour of its own. Pinacoladas are a passe for some, hence this pineapple and passion fruit combo is a match made in heaven. It's unique and a burst of freshness. Glam it up in a fancy glass with lots of ice and mint leaves.
1 pineapple, peeled, cored and chopped into chunks
50 ml pineapple juice
10 fresh mint leaves
2 limes/lemons, sliced
4 passion fruit, seeds and pulp removed
Soda water (or use sprite)
Blend the pineapple and juice until you have a smooth puree. Combine the pineapple puree, mint and lemon/lime and passion fruit in a jug then muddle together. Pour a little of the pineapple mixture in the bottom of 4 glasses, add ice then top with soda water. Add fresh mint and a few slices of lemon and serve.
