A tipple for the luxe traveller…

It is undoubtedly one of our favourite hotels in the world and features high on our list of the five most luxurious properties in Goa—so we hardly need another excuse to recommend Arossim’s Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa. Nevertheless, here’s one: Palms, their beach-front sea-food specialty restaurant, has recently introduced ‘Sundowner Evenings,’ with unmatched offers on cocktails, mocktails and beer. With a delectable tapas menu for accompaniment, this will certainly be something to write home about.

It’s time for sundowners at Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa

Already the thought of their semolina-crusted calamari with mint aioli and bacon-wrapped shrimp has us longing for another taste of the ‘susegad’ state, but it is the Park Hyatt’s über-exclusive seaside cabana (where we enjoyed the most indulgent Goan meal ever) that is likely to pique the interest of a true travel aficionado. While the hotel seems content to promote their happy hours this month, we can prepare a long inventory of experiences that are designed to delight within this 45-acre holiday haven. From the Great Bath-inspired walk-in bathtub, awash with fragrant rose petals, to the indulgence of the Park Hyatt’s divine Sereno Spa, there’s many a treat on offer for the extravagant explorer. Our best advice: get packing!
