    Wine – Refreshing, Fruity wine

  • Food – Sweet

    Wine – Match or pronounced sweetness

  • Food – Sour

    Wine – High acidity with contrast with sweet

  • Food – Salty

    Wine – Dry white wine or low tannin reds

  • Food – Smoky

    Wine –Fruity red wine [prefer Barrel matured]
