The Hospitality Partner, Le Meridien Gurgaon , organized an Éclair making interactive workshop – Expert Patissier Chef Anil Kumar curated signature Éclairs amidst guests.
Sinful éclairs like the Coconut-Tonka beans, Masala Chai, Vanilla, Chocolate and Coffee entrapped everyone – an indulgent evening spent wallowing in the affectionate hospitality of the hotel, something the India Art Fair intends to pull off.
Satiating in the seasonal coffee specials at the LM Hub – the perfect beverage at the fair, guests skimmed through the aromatic familiarity. Master Barista spun tales around Coffee Art that was stimulating for the spectators – different kinds of coffee from the lathered cappuccino, salient Late, to the potent rich espresso and the appealing Macchiato turned the hub into an auburn heaven for the caffeine savants.
The Blend of espresso and cold liquid chocolate was something to look out for – you can take pleasure in this seasonal self-indulgence at the hotel anytime you’d like. The amuse-gueule like the scrumptious sandwiches and yummy cookies bedecked our petite round tables.
The Final Soiree
The Closing Party at the Le Meridien was attended by the crème de la crème of the city with artists, eminent personalities and other socialites as guests. Everyone was seen interacting over amazing viviands and delectable drinks.
