Bloody Mary ciroc style -INR 495**

Ciroc vodka is gently mixed with tomatoes, crushed chili, Worcestershire sauce and a splash of red wine to give the concoction great depth and long finish.

Spiced Pineapple- INR 495**

Crushed ginger root is mixed with fresh pineapples, simple syrup and a generous amount of Ciroc Vodka. Rich and perfectly balance combination of flavours.

Irish Lunch – INR 495**

Great combination of muddled tomatoes, rose petal syrup and rosemary decoction. Herbs, veggies and cranberry juice are shaken with Ciroc vodka to create very refreshing and complex concoction.

1. French Summer

Ciroc – 60mls

Crème de Cassis – 15mls

Raspberry puree – 15mls

Sugar syrup – 10mls

Pineapple Juice – 30mls

Shake and fine strain all ingredients into well-chilled martini glass and garnish with pineapple slice.

2. Ciroc Passion

 

Ciroc – 60mls

Red Grapes – 6-8

Lime Juice – 10mls

Sugar syrup – 15mls

Pineapple Juice – 20mls

Angostura Bitters – 3 drops

 

Muddle grapes with sugar syrup and then add all ingredients and shake well. Fine strain into well chilled martini glass.

Ciroc – 45mls

Vermouth Bianco– 15mls

Orange Juice – 30mls

Honey – 10mls

Lime Juice – 10mls

Shake and fine strain all ingredients into well-chilled martini glass and garnish with orange twist.

4. Appleton March

Ciroc Red Berry– 60mls

Apple Juice– 30mls

Lime Juice – 10mls

Vanilla syrup – 10mls

Shake and fine strain all ingredients into well-chilled martini glass and garnish with apple slices.

5. Ginger Brick Lane

Ciroc – 60mls

Ginger Juice – 10mls

Caramel syrup – 15mls

Salt – 1 pinch

Shake and fine strain all ingredients into well-chilled martini glass and garnish with apple slices.

6.Strawberry Fields

Ciroc Red Berry – 60mls

Strawberry Puree – 30mls

Lime Juice – 15mls

Pepper – 1 pinch

Basil – 5 leaves

Shake and fine strain all ingredients into well-chilled martini glass and garnish with a basil leaf.

7. Ciroc Passion Sours

60mls – Ciroc Coconut

25mls – Lime Juice

20mls – Passionfruit syrup

20mls – Egg white

3 dash – Angostura Bitters

Shake and fine strain all ingredients into well-chilled martini glass and garnish with lime wheel.

8. Ciroc Berry Club

60 mls – Ciroc Red berry

30 mls – fresh lime juice

20 mls – Simple syrup

20 mls – egg white

Method - Shake and fine strain into a well-chilled martini glass and garnish with a disc of orange twist.

9. Ciroc Cabana

60mls – Ciroc Coconut

30mls – Pineapple Juice

15mls – Orgeat  syrup

10 to 15 – Mint leaves

Add all ingredients into a Collins/highball glass. Add crushed ice and churn well. Garnish with a rich bunch of mint sprig dusted with icing sugar.

10. Ciroc Razzle Dazzle

20mls – Ciroc Red Berry

15mls – Crème De Cacao

Top Champagne

Add all ingredients into a well chilled champagne glass.
