Find out how ‘Captain America’ star Chris Evans romances the pause…

There are many ways to romance the pause, but none quite as unique as Chris Evans’ way. The ‘Captain America’ star confesses to having once enjoyed a “very romantic” camping trip — not with a stunning lady friend or a bunch of buddies, but all on his own! “I went camping for three weeks by myself,” Chris continues, “which (I thought was) very romantic. It’s true. It was very romantic, but maybe not in the conventional sense.”
“I don’t necessarily limit the notion of romance to people. I think I have a romantic relationship to art, to music, to nature,” says the actor, who also has a unique approach to recharging his batteries and taking his pauses as they present themselves. Originally from Boston, Chris makes it a point to return to the city as often as his hectic schedule allows. “I try to take at least a month off (every year and return to Boston),” the 34-year-old star lets on. “I go back to the house that I grew up in and do stuff that I did 15 years ago,” says Chris, who considers “sleeping late and hanging with the family” to be his idea of the perfect pause. “I’ll run errands with my mother and pick my sister up from school,” says the American matinee idol, with a warm smile. Brawn, brains and brownie points for playing big brother — don’t you just love this guy?
